Stop! Not so fast, guys! Einstein’s shocked white head
Apparently opined not that the rate
Of light was swiftest, but nowt could be sped
Up quicker than light, could accelerate
To be more fleet than it. His crucial thought,
That special relativity theory,
Did not preclude that things small as a nought
(Almost) couldn’t make light appear weary.
So if neutrinos start out faster than
The hare, they don’t have to be the turtle.
They do not have to be the also ran.
And, furthermore, at Cern they can hurtle
Through science-fiction theory dimensions
(Ignoring its unproven pretensions).
