It’s worse than that unsmiling mouth implies.

It’s more a grimness, executioner

Made flesh and teeth.  If he were future-wise,

Arthur’d be an electrocutioner.

He’d love to pull the switch on yacht-like verse.

The alexandrine line sailed far too long

And elegant.  He wanted something worse.

He wanted something like an outhouse, pong

And turds to smear around in freedom.  That

Mouth cruelties and savageries adored.

It loved it when he made beauty go splat

As in a comic when the Joker scored.

..Compulsive in lips’ evil that mouth, small

…. And dense and set, determined to appall.
