In Michigan an X-er in one town

Is all upset because an Xmas band

Is drowned out by a protest.  One cold frown

Is sent across The Web.  A tinkly, bland,

Predictable parade of Xmas cheer

Unholily competes and loses in

A contest with a demonstration.  Smear

Protesters who protest against the sin

Of bombing babies into bits and blobs

Of broken bones and bloody flesh and brains.

That is what this X-er wants to do.  She lobs

Her Tweet in favor of Israeli gains.

(The Baby Jesus once was forced to flee

A slaughter.)  “Don’t destroy our Christmas glee!”
