Apassianato
The skylark’s struggle is its fluttering
Or so it looks. The skylark’s flying seems
To be a form of airborne stuttering
At best upon on the slightest breezy streams
Of air, yet even so near halting moves
And swoops predict a victory because
Indeed determined. Singing movement proves
By its persistence it will beat the laws
Of ordinary worries. Windless days
Appear to give the same amount of threat
As troubled ones. Yet still the lyric phrase
Continues unperturbed without a fret.
..The singing and the anxious flying twine
….Together like a duet tuned to shine.
