He cannot ever run or swim without

Romance the power in his sinews, sweat,

And dreams.  He does not let the sunshine doubt

His future, stretched determination’s whet

Stone ever in the pain.  He sees the goal

As lovers aim for ravishment.  No dusk

Is found.  He always serenades the whole,

The whole.  His love affair is more a tusk

That gores its way to climax of success.

He grunts and strides and gasps and lunges to

That sentiment beyond.  Forget caress.

Abandon pity of the self.  Just do.

..Futurity is not just sporting dreams.

….Tomorrow is his love for muscle screams.
