        Homo Erectus

What stimulus is needed in a man

To search for what Christ really wants of him?

He knows already what his pulsing span

Requires. Inside his core he feels the grim

Red desperation God implanted in

His needs in Eden—as the Holy Ghost

Engrafted providence stronger than sin

Inside a womb.  An angel came to boast

To her about it.  Males do not need such

Revelations from without.  They stand with

Unspoken understanding.  They are much

Condemned by lust in every surging myth,

The stiffened passion that divinity

Embedded in their masculinity.
