Incestuous Tantalizing
A planet has two moons. The moons are twins,
Two brothers. Moons are never perfect so these two
Are not identical. The one has fins,
The other scales. Each leaves a residue
Upon the planet’s sky, two different tints,
One gloss like ocean-glitter making shapes,
The other leaving taints like fingerprints.
Their planet feels their glowing dual scrapes.
The pair rejoices in their duet song
That almost causes fragrances above
The clouds. The singing spheroid lights prolong
Their serenade, the strangest courtly love.
The planet wishes kisses from this pair.
The hoped for lovers orbit her despair.
